Broaden Your Horizons provides a wide range of information to help young people with disability, their families/carers and other professionals prepare for life after school.This online resource aims to give young people the tools and resources they need to succeed and excel in further education, training and employment. These include, studying at TAFE or University, and employment, Government programs and support, mentoring, specific disability types and overview of useful disability services.
